I believe in dessert for breakfast. I love kick starting my day with a sweet treat. Stuffed french toast is my favorite dessert for breakfast. I did not make this stuffed french toast. At Uncle Bill's Pancake House at the Jersey shore, they serve the best stuffed french toast I have eaten.
Each summer I eat at Uncle Bill's multiple times. Whether with friends after a long night or crammed into a corner table surrounded by ten of my nieces and nephews, I order the stuffed french toast on every visit.

The dish is composed of two pieces of french toast, sweet cheese stuffed in between, and a scoop of cinnamon butter propped on top. It is absolutely delicious. You do not need the addition of syrup, but I add a small amount anyways.
This breakfast dish is too sweet and delicious to be considered anything other than dessert. If you visit the south Jersey shore during the summer then you should definitely take a trip to Uncle Bill's for breakfast. Besides the stuffed french toast, they have an expansive menu with great breakfast meals and the service is always great.
